Last quarter I took a clinical psych class where my professor allowed us to meditate every morning before the start of our class. Meditation not only relieves stress, but allows you to stop and take a few minutes for yourself and check in with how you are feeling both physically and mentally.
I wanted to compile a list of some of my favorite videos that will allow you to take some time out of your day to meditate when you are feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or when you simply need to take some time for yourself.
